Resiliency (employee and employer/manager) –  activities included – 2 hours

  • Techniques to cope with stress and ambiguity in the workplace
  • Define resiliency
  • Why is resiliency important
  • What makes up employee well-being
  • Behavior, tips and activities for employee resiliency (e.g. learning how to respond rather than react)
  • Behavior, tips and activities to help employers/manager promote/achieve resiliency
Process Mapping and Re-engineering Presentations

Process mapping and re-engineering exercise – 1-2 hours depending on need

  • Learn how to process map your current processes
  • Document and categorize pain points discovered in your processes
  • Experience doing a re-engineered process
  • How to start re-engineering after you have mapped or understood current processes
Agile Presentations

Introduction to Agile – activities included – 2 hour minimum

  • Learn the principles of the Agile methodology
  • Learn the Agile scrum framework
  • Participate in an exercise to experience Agile principles
  • Scaled Agile (Scrum of Scrums, Big Room Planning, SAFe ) is not included
